1. Bass X Machina

- Where to watch: Netflix
- Release date: November 3, 2026
- Language: English (animated)
- Genre: Animated steampunk western
- Episodes: 6 (all on November 3)
- Cast / creators: Voices of Brian Tyree Henry, Janelle Monáe, Tati Gabrielle, Cree Summer, Chaske Spencer; created by LeSean Thomas (Yasuke)
- Ratings: Not yet rated (new release; we’ll add critic scores once reviews are in)
Why watch: The month opens with something completely different: an adult animated western set in a lawless steampunk West full of outlaws, machines and supernatural terrors. Brian Tyree Henry voices a father forced to become “judge, jury and executioner” to protect his family. Creator LeSean Thomas made Netflix’s anime Yasuke, so expect anime-style action with a soulful edge. For the huge Indian audience that loved Cyberpunk: Edgerunners and Arcane, this is the animated pick of November.
2. The Greatest

- Where to watch: Prime Video
- Release date: November 4, 2026
- Language: English
- Genre: Biographical sports drama
- Episodes: 8 (all on November 4)
- Cast / creators: Jaalen Best (as Muhammad Ali), Omari Hardwick, Dana Gourrier, Amin Joseph, Kai Parham; created by Ben Watkins
- Ratings: Not yet rated (new release; we’ll add critic scores once reviews are in)
Why watch: The first authorised scripted series on Muhammad Ali, backed by his widow Lonnie Ali, follows the boxer’s early-1960s transformation from Cassius Clay into Ali. Jaalen Best plays the champ, and the show promises the fights you know plus the moments outside the ring that most biopics skip: Ali as a husband, father, brother and son. Indian sports fans who grew up on Ali (2001) and When We Were Kings should put this first on their Prime list, and all eight episodes land on day one.
3. Black Doves Season 2

- Where to watch: Netflix
- Release date: November 5, 2026
- Language: English
- Genre: Spy thriller
- Episodes: 6 (all on November 5)
- Cast / creators: Keira Knightley, Ben Whishaw, Sarah Lancashire, Andrew Buchan; created by Joe Barton
- Ratings: Not yet rated (new release; we’ll add critic scores once reviews are in)
Why watch: Season 1 was one of Netflix’s best surprises of 2024: a stylish London spy thriller with a sharp sense of humour. Season 2 raises the stakes: Helen (Keira Knightley) is now the prime minister’s wife while still passing secrets to the Black Doves, assassin Sam (Ben Whishaw) faces a deadly ultimatum, and an attack on their handler Reed (Sarah Lancashire) sends both on a desperate hunt for answers. With just six episodes, it is an easy weekend binge for anyone who loved Slow Horses or The Night Manager.
4. The Rings of Power Season 3

- Where to watch: Prime Video
- Release date: November 11, 2026
- Language: English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada
- Genre: Fantasy epic
- Episodes: 8 (episodes 1–4 on Nov 11, 5–6 on Nov 18, 7–8 on Nov 25)
- Cast / creators: Morfydd Clark, Charlie Vickers, Robert Aramayo, Owain Arthur, Sophia Nomvete; showrunners J.D. Payne and Patrick McKay
- Ratings: Not yet rated (new release; we’ll add critic scores once reviews are in)
Why watch: The biggest international release of the month in India. Season 3 jumps five years after the fall of Eregion into the War of the Elves and Sauron: Sauron is forging the One Ring from Barad-dûr, the Nine Rings go to Men and the Nazgûl arrive. This time Prime Video drops the whole season over just three Wednesdays instead of two months, so you can finish it by November 25. Prime Video confirms Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada audio, which makes it the most family-friendly fantasy watch of the month.
5. The Body

- Where to watch: Netflix
- Release date: November 11, 2026
- Language: English
- Genre: Supernatural teen horror
- Episodes: 8
- Cast / creators: Kristina Bogic, Geena Meszaros, Sara Boustany, Nnamdi Asomugha, Louisa Krause; created by Quinn Shephard
- Ratings: Not yet rated (new release; we’ll add critic scores once reviews are in)
Why watch: Think Yellowjackets meets Bring It On. On Halloween night, an all-girls Catholic-school dance squad’s initiation goes horribly wrong, and the girls start having prophetic, ghostly visions that set off mass hysteria in their town. Creator Quinn Shephard makes her first big scripted series here, and the trailer leans hard into style and dread. If you finished October’s horror run and still want more, this is your pick.
6. Student of the Year: After Dark

- Where to watch: JioHotstar
- Release date: November 13, 2026
- Language: Hindi
- Genre: Campus mystery thriller (Hindi)
- Episodes: 6
- Cast / creators: Shanaya Kapoor (double role), Abhinav Santosh Singh, Manya Grover, Deeya Damini, Sheeba Chaddha, Vivek Gomber; directed by Reema Maya; produced by Dharmatic Entertainment
- Ratings: Not yet rated (new release; we’ll add critic scores once reviews are in)
Why watch: Karan Johar’s glossy campus franchise goes dark. Shanaya Kapoor makes her streaming debut playing twins: after Aayesha dies in a so-called “accident” at St Teresa’s, her sister Aditi enrols to find out who was behind it, and gets pulled into a secret competition. Director Reema Maya (Nocturnes and Chorales) has said she wanted emotional intensity rather than glamour. Trailer reactions compare it to 13 Reasons Why and Class. It is JioHotstar’s biggest Hindi original of the month and the one Indian series on this list.

7. The Altruists

- Where to watch: Netflix
- Release date: November 19, 2026
- Language: English
- Genre: True-story drama, limited series
- Episodes: 8
- Cast / creators: Julia Garner, Anthony Boyle, Alex Lawther, Karan Soni; created by Graham Moore (Oscar winner, The Imitation Game)
- Ratings: Not yet rated (new release; we’ll add critic scores once reviews are in)
Why watch: The rise and spectacular fall of crypto exchange FTX, told through Sam Bankman-Fried (Anthony Boyle) and Caroline Ellison (Julia Garner), the “hyper-smart, ambitious young idealists” accused of stealing $8 billion. India had one of the world’s biggest crypto-trading crowds during the 2021 boom, so this story will hit home for many viewers. With Emmy-winner Garner and Oscar-winning writer Graham Moore, it is the month’s most talked-about prestige drama, and Karan Soni is in the cast too.
8. Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 3

- Where to watch: JioHotstar (India) / Disney+
- Release date: November 21 (India), 2026
- Language: English (check the JioHotstar app for Indian-language audio)
- Genre: Fantasy adventure
- Episodes: 8 (two a week; Nov 20 on Disney+ in the US, one day later in India)
- Cast / creators: Walker Scobell, Leah Sava Jeffries, Aryan Simhadri, Dafne Keen (Artemis); based on Rick Riordan’s The Titan’s Curse
- Ratings: Not yet rated (new release; we’ll add critic scores once reviews are in)
Why watch: Season 3 adapts The Titan’s Curse, one of the fan-favourite books. Annabeth goes missing, the Great Prophecy looms over Percy, and new faces arrive: Nico and Bianca di Angelo, Zoë Nightshade and Dafne Keen as Artemis. Aryan Simhadri, who plays Grover, is of Indian descent, which gives the show an extra fan base here. Two episodes drop each week on JioHotstar, ending December 12, so it makes a good weekly family watch.

9. Blade Runner 2099

- Where to watch: Prime Video
- Release date: November 25, 2026
- Language: English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada
- Genre: Sci-fi noir
- Episodes: 8 (all on November 25)
- Cast / creators: Michelle Yeoh, Hunter Schafer, Dimitri Abold, Lewis Gribben, Tom Burke; showrunner Silka Luisa; Ridley Scott executive produces
- Ratings: Not yet rated (new release; we’ll add critic scores once reviews are in)
Why watch: Fifty years after Blade Runner 2049, Los Angeles has been reborn, just not by humans. Hunter Schafer plays Cora, a fugitive who takes on one last identity as a Blade Runner, partnered with Michelle Yeoh’s Olwen, a Replicant days from dying. Together they hunt a runaway hiding a truth that could collapse the city. It is the first-ever Blade Runner series, all eight episodes drop together, and Prime Video India is promoting it with multi-language audio. Sci-fi fans, block your Thanksgiving-week weekend.
10. The Hunting Wives Season 2

- Where to watch: Netflix
- Release date: November 26, 2026
- Language: English
- Genre: Crime thriller, drama
- Episodes: 8
- Cast / creators: Brittany Snow, Malin Akerman, Dermot Mulroney, Jaime Ray Newman; created by Rebecca Perry Cutter
- Ratings: Not yet rated (new release; we’ll add critic scores once reviews are in)
Why watch: Season 1 became one of Netflix’s guilty-pleasure hits of 2025, and Netflix has already renewed it for a third season. At the start of Season 2, Sophie (Brittany Snow) and Margo (Malin Akerman) are on the outs, until old secrets and new foes force them back together. Expect the same mix of East Texas glamour, sex, guns and murder. This one is strictly for adults, so not a family-room watch.
